Refund Policy

1. Free product
The core TabHarbor extension is free and requires no payment. This policy applies only to paid Premium and Team plans.
2. Free trial
Premium starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial, but you are not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial in one click and you will not be charged. We email you before the trial converts to a paid subscription.
3. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are charged and are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of the charge for a full refund of that payment, no questions asked.
4. Subscription renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually). You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable except as required by law or under the 30-day guarantee above for the most recent charge.
5. How to request a refund or cancel
Email support@tabharbor.com, or use the receipt/management link sent by our reseller. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record; refunds are returned to your original payment method.
6. Reseller / Merchant of Record
Purchases of paid plans are handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller of TabHarbor. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
